At Mimo Collective, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Below, you will find details on our shipping zones, rates, and estimated delivery times.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the European Union (EU).


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:

Hungary (Domestic): 2-5 business days

Central EU (Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland): 4-7 business days

Western & Northern EU (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland): 5-10 business days

Southern & Eastern EU (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia): 5-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@mimocollective.co.


4. Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shipments within the EU are free from customs duties.

VAT and taxes are included in the product price for EU customers.


6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mimocollective.co, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
