At Mimo Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at hello@mimocollective.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Handmade Ceramics – Imperfections & Variations
All our ceramics are handmade, which means small imperfections like tiny black spots, glaze bubbles, or slight shape variations are completely normal and part of the unique character of each piece. We carefully select items with minimal imperfections, but absolute perfection is impossible due to the handmade nature.
Additionally, size and weight may fluctuate slightly—measurements are approximate, and no two pieces are exactly the same.
Please think carefully before placing your order. Returns will not be accepted for minor handmade imperfections or slight variations in dimensions, as they do not affect functionality.
